The standard hammertone plate weight is a solid steel plate weight with 1", or standard, sized holes. They're great for making your own customized, cost effective dumbbells. These standard plates are compatible with all standard and spinlock bars with 1" collars. Available in 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 25, 35 and 45 pound plates.
